ℹ️ ATTENTION: New waitlist process for 2026!
Waitlist
How is the waitlist made?
- Movement off the waitlist is based on:
- space available in each age group,
- payment timestamp,
- and residency status.
- NEW THIS YEAR! Resident payment timestamps are prioritized over non-resident payment timestamps.
- Payment timestamps for non-resident waitlist requests will be evaluated after all resident waitlist requests are accommodated for that age group.
- Non-residents (new or afternoon in 2025) should expect afternoon session in 2026.
- Returning 2025 non-residents with morning spots keep them if they pay on time.
How to join the waitlist:
- Check the “Waitlist” box on the session tab for each child you'd like added to the waitlist.
- Complete payment for the currently available session.
