Division B field trip schedule
Review the field trip information below. If your child is unable to attend, they should report to regular Junior Lifeguard class at the Balboa Pier where we will place them with another group for the day.Please Note: We will be unable to accommodate individuals that need to leave early on field trip days.
The B field trips will be broken into two groups, Group 1 & Group 2. Be sure to note which group your child’s instructor is in.

Tower 18
The pick-up/drop-off location for the Tower 18 beach orientation is on the Veteran's Memorial Park grass. Parents dropping off should turn in off 15th Street and head down Bay Avenue toward the marina.
The address is 1600 W Balboa Blvd. Please meet at your regularly scheduled time, 9:00 a.m. to Noon or 1:00 to 4:00 p.m.
There will be Junior Lifeguard Staff to direct them to their check-in location. Please wear your Junior Lifeguard uniform and bring a snack with a drink and plenty of water.

Orange St. Beach Orientation
JGs will be meeting and dismissing from Tower #68, located at Orange St. in West Newport. Please meet at your regularly scheduled time, 9:00 a.m. to Noon or 1:00 to 4:00 p.m.
Please wear your Junior Lifeguard uniform and bring a snack with a drink and plenty of water. You may also bring a boogie board if you would like. Please make sure all of your equipment and gear is clearly labeled with your name.
Absences / Late Arrival / Early Pick-Up
We are unable to accommodate individuals that need to arrive late or leave early on field trip days.
If your child is unable to attend the entire session, they should stay home from the Junior Lifeguard Program that day.
